The PCL Construction Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility (CRMF) project team for the FasTracks Eagle P3 Project is pleased to present the 30% bid scopes to the DBE community. We will be explaining the CRMF’s bid process and discussing our commitment to participation in the 30% budget pricing.
While we will be discussing the full project, the primary scopes of interest at this point will be as follows:
Excavation, Caissons, Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Sealants, Access Flooring, Metal Panels, Painting, Drywall, Roofing, Glazing, Translucent Panels, Elevators, Overhead Doors, and Fire Protection.
PCL’s large business partners will also be presenting their subcontracting opportunities. These firms include Dynalectric (Electrical), HPE (Mechanical), and SteelStar (Structural Steel).
